Same problem as others have reported. Can make and receive texts but can't make or receive calls. Just totally dead. No dial tone. Same with partner's and son's phones. From Napier and Hastings. 4110 and 4122

Can text but No phoning service, not even to warehouse, and NO NOTICE, this is connected to 2 degrees obviously,3 days and still no notice, great way to lose customers!!

Can't make any calls to anyone not even Warehouse mobile, no ringtone, dead silence. Have no idea how to resolve the issue when there is no way to contact the provider, the app doesn't work, nor their website. Same issue with my daughters phone.
