normal cell reception is almost always non existent where i live, been trying to resolve this for months, even spent more money with them for it to fix nothing. one nz had still poor reception but at least i could use it, wish i never changed. i do get full bars of reception way out the coast when i visit Wharariki beach. home Wi-Fi is with spark too and that is so crap as well, my names not on the bill for that unfortunately

Webmail displays intermittently (seconds), then disappears. The problem has persisted for the last few days. Private IT support and a new modem made no difference.
