I have not received the email that contains the code. I've tried almost every day for over a week. And yes I have checked my spam and junk folder. In fact I have even checked the email server itself. I don't have an outdated Samsung TV, I am using a new Samsung Tablet.

On demand content will not play on 2017 LG TV. This worked fine until 19-Apr-26, but stopped working when TVNZ+ made a change to their system that meant that all had to logon again. The logon was fine (although very slow), but now the adverts play at the start of watching a program, then stalls and gets an error when the content should start playing. Rebooted router/tv etc. reloaded the TVNZ app on the TV. Still doesnt work.
