Unable to request a refund when you cannot deliver your products, you have to use a gift voucher, but when you use it again, then you still cannot deliver, so what is the use of you offering a gift voucher that cannot be used. you are wasting my time and money. I have learnt my lesson and will never buy a product that needs to be delivered from you again, there are plenty of more sites that are willing to delivery and not steal money by offering them invalid gift vouchers that are of no use. there is no way to contact you by email. you don't answer your 0800 number.
