Wellington 6011. Online chat fixed the issue. Yay! Don't know what they did, but was instructed to log out then log in, which allowed access to the billing system. Was able to renew the subs, and all good.

6011 Wellington - same thing as Lorraine: a known problem, and will be fixed in 24-48 hours. But I'm reporting it to them 24 hours after Lorraine. And also no communications from Kogan regarding the outage.

Whangamata 3620 No coverage for 2 days no info on website or any communication received. Spoke to someone on live chat yesterday. They said there was an outage impacting many customers and to give them up to 48 hours to fix...
