Website is up but has a error "We are sorry but there was an problem when processing your request. Please, come back later and try it again, thank you." Nice Englis: "an problem" ? i'd say they are being hammered at the moment. It's pretty easy on most cloud plaforms to cater fr spikes but anyway obviously they havn't.

website has a gateway error now so i'd say they're restarting everything. Been trying to top up so i don't get disconnected. I bet i do !! AKL

8025 CHCH can't even use the app or website to reconnect power. And customer service is not working either. just useless

I have topped up as usual, successfully top up, now can't even reconnect. I have been trying for ber an hour utilizing the globug app, website, mobile contact and now this email. What's happening!! Still on mobile ph awaiting a operator... As I am submitting my email here.
