Auckland NZ 1051 My internal line keeps dropping out randomly. It's been happening for a few days and mainly in the afternoons - evening. We have a shared external network and that seems to be working when my line drops.

What is going on with WiFi in Brisbane it's like the whole network dropped when I call the helpline says an outage affecting Melbourne Gold Coast and Brisbane but no information update about what has occurred or when a likely fix. The router is completely off and the WiFi network no longer exists on my mobile or my TV stream. Can we please have an update thank you

Here in Brisbane I see nothing has changed over the last few days still having outages every day. Why is this service so unreliable it used to be so good and over the last few months has been practically unusable especially if you work from home it's becoming impossible and so have no other option but to look at other providers. Extremely dusappointed

Brisbane ..It's now 2 hours have not been able to work since 2pm. Really not good enough. There is an ad on TV here says if your WiFi gives you lemons change to Tangerine...I am going to check them out as your service has become unusable on a consistent basis ..unhappy customer

Here we go again. I would love to know why this service is suddenly so unreliable? It falls over constantly and working from home is impossible and extremely frustrating and no real explanations. Just take the monthly money and run. Why am I paying for a service that is constantly off air? I am in Brisbane and I am looking at alternatives as your product is no longer viable

I am in Brisbane and it's IMPOSSIBLE to work WiFi is dropping every two minutes it is so frustrating. You take the monthly cost like clockwork at the moment I am paying for a service that is not running. Very unhappy customer

I am so over this trying to work is IMPOSSIBLE every few minutes dropping out it's so frustrating. How do you go from a stable connection to this. Get it sorted you take the monthly amount without hesitation it's been hopeless for weeks very unhappy customer

Had the same issues again with internal line an hour ago around 0800-1100 and earlier in the morning. Annoying especially when it happens on a regular during crucial IT processes and moments. Ellerslie 1051 NZ

I was hoping most issues had been resolved with WiFi outages and now here I am at home trying to work and get again it's OUT. Frustrated does not begin to describe it. I am seriously considering moving to another WiFi service this is just not stable enough. What I am supposed to keep telling my employer it's getting tedious. PLEASE fix it .

Private internal line keeps going in and out of connection. Saving grace is that the complex external shared WiFi isn't sffected. I's the copper phone lines the only type that's experiencing issues?? A Ellerslie, Auckland NZ

What's happening with WiFi in Brisbane . Received email 2 days ago to say major works had been completed and it was now stable it has been out all day again today ...not good

Ok this is becoming very annoying. I have gone from having a very stable WiFi to one that keeps dropping out every 30 minutes and still no communication to advise what the issue is. It is becoming increasingly difficult to work. I work from home and need a stable connection. You expect to be paid every month but you are not providing the service if I can't use it. Please advise the issue Brisbane based

WIFI has not been stable for about 4 days sometimes for a few hours at a time some minutes. I am in Brisbane 4101. An update of the issues would be useful as I work from home and if the connection is not stable I need to know why

WiFi has been up and down most of the day in Brisbane 4101. It's been quite disruptive but have not received communication that there is a problem usually I receive an email
